We guide you through a smooth, collaborative process from initial discovery to final delivery:

1. Discovery & Preparation: After receiving your inquiry, we’ll schedule an initial consultation. To help you prepare, we’ll send along product materials and a preliminary planning document to start capturing your ideas.

2. Consultation & Scope: During our meeting, we’ll discuss your goals and refine your project plan. Once you approve the project scope, we’ll draft a production contract.

3. Kickoff & Production: Once the contract is signed and the deposit is received, development begins! We maintain clear communication throughout, keeping you updated as we hit key milestones for drafts, edits, and reviews.

4. Review & Refinement: Upon completion, you’ll receive temporary access to a preview version of your product to review. We’ll make any necessary adjustments based on your feedback.

5. Final Delivery: Once you approve the final product and final payment is received, we will deliver your completed project files in the agreed-upon format.

Payment is structured into two installments:

• 50% Deposit: Due upon contract signing to kick off project development.

• 50% Balance: Due upon completion and your final approval of the finished product.

Note: All final product files and materials are released upon receipt of full payment.

Absolutely! We encourage custom branding to ensure your learning materials align with your organization’s identity.

To ensure the highest quality results, provided logos and graphics must be high resolution. If your files require formatting, upscaling, or recreation, a small artwork fee may apply. We will review all visual assets during the planning stage so any needed adjustments are transparently included in your initial project scope.

To help us build an effective solution tailored to your goals, you'll just need to bring two main elements:

• Your Project Vision & Goals: A general idea of what you want to achieve, who your target learners are, and any key timelines or technical requirements.

• Source Content & Materials: Any existing documentation relevant to the project—such as policy manuals, process guides, slide decks, or brand guidelines (logos, colors, etc.).

Don't worry if your materials are raw or unstructured! As instructional design specialists, we will review your existing content, extract the essential information, and transform it into an engaging, interactive learning experience.

Timelines vary based on scale—ranging from 1–2 weeks for micro-learning clips to several weeks for multi-module learning programs.

Because we build built-in review stages (initial drafts, preview of completed project, and final previews) into every agreement, your feedback timeline plays a major role in project speed. During our initial consultation, we’ll establish a detailed project schedule with firm milestone dates aligned with your launch goals.

We provide ready-to-use, industry-standard deliverables tailored to your deployment needs:

• Training Modules: SCORM, xAPI, or HTML5 web packages ready for your LMS.

• AI Video Products: High-definition MP4 files suitable for LMS, web, or social media distribution.

• Documents & Guides: Clean, downloadable PDF files.

All projects include structured review stages prior to final sign-off, plus a 14-day post-delivery support period to resolve any technical or formatting issues.

Once final sign-off and payment are complete, substantive changes to original content, policies, or media assets are considered outside the original scope. However, we offer affordable maintenance and update packages whenever you need to refresh your content in the future!

Products created by Harbor Point Learning and Design are custom-built exclusively for the client and purpose specified in your contract.

• Usage Rights: Deliverables are licensed strictly for your organization’s internal or contracted use and may not be resold, monetized, or broadcast outside the agreed scope.

• Modifications: To preserve instructional integrity and quality, products cannot be edited, altered, or re-transmitted without prior written consent from Harbor Point Learning and Design.
